Contact the Patient Partnership Group (PPG)
The PPG is a small dedicated group of active patient representation who have the time, energy and willingness to work with the Marylebone Health Centre. They meet every six weeks on a Monday from 6.00pm for about 2 hours to consider all aspects of the administration of the practice, to help co-ordinate opinions and represent views and concerns of patients. The group is joined by one of the Partners and by the Practice Manager who all work jointly to improve patient services.
Through the PPG patients will have the opportunity to have input on available services and to make sure that all the patients get the best possible help from the Practice. The PPG uses this information to maintain/improve services for all patients and aid the Practice in doing so.
The PPG usually meet face to face at the practice but do offer virtual attendance. If you would like to attend virtually please email clccg.PPG@nhs.net a few days before the meeting and we will pass your contact details to Judith Morris, Chair of Marylebone Health Centre Patient Partnership Group. She will then contact you directly to introduce the PPG and add you to the meeting invitation list.

Becoming an Associate Member of the
MHC PATIENT PARTNERSHIP GROUP
The Marylebone Health Centre would like to hear from you about your experiences with the practice and how we can all help to improve the services provided.
If you feel you would like to get involved with the practice’s Patient Partnership Group (PPG) but do not have time to attend meetings every six weeks, you might like to become an Associate Member.
As an Associate PPG Member we would contact you from time to time by email to ask you your views on certain topics and sometimes to invite you to participate in occasional online meetings. Your experiences as a patient would provide invaluable input to our future plans for the practice. You may have topics relating to the practice which you would like us to discuss and we would welcome your suggestions.
Please email: CLCCG.PPG@nhs.net to tell us if you are interested. We would particularly like to hear whether you could represent specific communities or patient groups.
We look forward to hearing from you!
