Thank you so much to all patients for returning their annual patient survey questionnaire. This survey is not run by the practice but by NHS England, and the results help us compare how we are doing against other GP surgeries

We look at the results with our patient partnership group (PPG) and as a team to look at where we do well and where we can make improvements.

We do review patients feedback at every PPG meeting and as a team every month.
