Marylebone Health Centre Complaints process:

If you have a concern, can suggest an improvement or have a complaint about the services you have received from our surgery please take the following steps

 

  1. Contact the Practice Manager by letter addressed for her attention or leave a message with reception for a call back –If you leave your contact details you will be contacted to discuss this further within 3 working days of your request.  
  2. Contact the Practice Manager using the email address CLCCG.PPG@nhs.net-you will be contacted to discuss this further within 3 working days.  
  3. Make an appointment with the Practice Manager-she holds clinics for patients most weekdays. Appointments can be arranged through reception and can be telephone or face to face

 

Jeanette Creaser is the Practice Manager and she manages complaints at the surgery. Gill Knight is her deputy.
