From today (14/3/23) the clccg.PPG@nhs.net email will no longer be available for patients to use.
This email address is available for health care professionals and where patients can raise complaints.
To communicate with our surgery we ask that you use the NHS E consult service ‘PATCHs’ It’s safer, auditable and your request comes to us linked to your medical records on systemone (S1)
Ordering repeat prescriptions- patients are asked to use S1online or order via their NHS app if they are ordering repeat medication. Housebound patients or their carers can order by telephone. If patients do not use emails, they can request by post or in person.
If patients are asking for private medication/scripts to be changed to NHS prescriptions, please submit a copy of the letter from your consultant with details about why you are on the medication and how long and the reason you are taking the medication. This process will not be dealt with as urgent, may take more than 48 hours and we cannot guarantee that we can make the conversion. If you need the medication urgently, please take the private prescription to your pharmacist which is as intended by your consultant.
If you have an NHS hospital outpatient prescription- you should take this to the hospital pharmacy.
E Consultations (PATCHS) Patients can send us messages, make requests for private referrals, ask for information or updates on medication and treatment, provide feedback on medication they have been trying, asking for one off medication and blood tests, asking for health checks, or administrative matters by sending an PATCHs E consult. You will receive a response within 48 hours-much quicker than waiting for an appointment down to send my GP. You can send a PATCHs request via our webiste OR via NHS app
