Self Care Week 13th-17th November 2017

The Marylebone Health Centre is supporting this national awareness week focusing on support for self care across communities, families and generations by running a week long campaign with a different health topic focus each day. Please click on link for further information.

Please be aware that we will close at 1pm on Wed 6th December 2017 for our Centre Review.

This is the annual team and PPG meeting where we meet to review the year and share our learning. We will also look at the challenges and work we need to do in 2018. If you would like your PPG to put forward any ideas at the meeting please email them on 

When we are closed please call our usual no 0207 935 6328 and your call will be diverted to our answering service where a call handler will triage your call.  You can also call 111. Calls to this number are free.

We would like to thank NHS England and Central London Clinical Commissioning Group to allow us to close for this very important event.

Friends and Family Test Survey Reports

Since December 2014 we have been inviting patients to respond to the Friends and Family Test.

Patients are texted when they leave the surgery and if they would recommend the surgery to their friends and family and invited to give a reason for their response.

The Practice team and Patient partnership Group will discuss the responses each month when we meet.

Survey Results 2014-15

Thank you to all patients who provide us with feedback so we know how you feel about the services we provide.

This year we undertook a number of surveys and we have collated an end of year report, which we produced in partnership with our PPG.

We would like to thank our PPG for all the wonderful work they do to support our surgery and help us with practice management related issues.

PPG have also produced a programme of works for the year ahead which includes a new telephone system, and ensuring we offer an efficient appointments System. PPG will continue to monitor access to our services and let us know if they think we should make changes to improve the way the surgery operates.
